This is a typical American heroic film. On the eve of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, international terrorist organizations and Hong Kong's counterfeiting giants are preparing to complete a smuggling operation to smuggle a batch of fake designer V6 jeans made in Hong Kong with minibombs to the United States before the handover. Fortunately, the CIA was aware of the terrorist's plans early and sent agents Harry (Paul Solvino Paul Sorvino), Tommy (Rob Schneider Rob Schneider) and Karen (Leila Rochan Lela Rochon) to Hong Kong to investigate. Unexpectedly, as virtue rises one foot and vice rises ten, after the CIA agents came to Hong Kong, they lost contact with the bureau and were stranded. In desperation, the CIA had no choice but to ask the Hong Kong police to help with the investigation. Hong Kong police launched a thrilling anti-terrorism operation with the help of Marcus, a Hong Kong supplier of V6 jeans (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme Jean-Claude Van Damme).
