The veterinary director of the Forest Animal Clinic, Koji Yashima (played by Takashi Ozawa), is an introverted and somewhat dull man who lost his wife in his early years and depended on his daughter Meiling (Yoshiko Kobayashi) for many years. Lucky's college girlfriend Rizi (Matsuki Taiko) is a work-crazy photographer and a single mother at the same time. One day, Rizi is about to go abroad to work, and before leaving, he will foster his only son Taiyi (Shen Zelan) in Koji's home. Koji was originally troubled by his relationship with Rizi, and the arrival of Taiyi made him even more at a loss as to what to do. Soon, Taiyi picked up a little fox from the wild. Fortunately, I found that the little guy was suffering from a serious disability. He had hoped that Taiyi would throw away the fox with no hope of survival, but the stubborn boy tried his best to cure the little fox and return it to nature and his mother. ©Douban
