A hundred flowers blossom in the mansion of the Van Dom Hein family, and black deacon Sebastian Mikulis (voiced by Daisuke Ono) entertains visitors gracefully and reservedly. On the other hand, the owner of the manor, Shire (voiced by Makoto Sakamoto), spends an ordinary and comfortable day surrounded by Tanaka (voiced by Junji Fujimura), Meilin (voiced by Immeri Kato), Fini (voiced by Yugui Sakamoto) and other servants. On this day, the Shire received a letter from Queen Victoria. The letter says that a circus called Noah's Ark is about to tour their city and that children are bound to disappear wherever the circus goes. As the "queen's watchdog", the Shire is duty-bound to shoulder the responsibility of investigation. After several twists and turns, the Shire and Sebastian managed to blend into the circus, where they met all kinds of poor people living at the bottom, as well as terrible dark scenes that were usually imperceptible.
