In Paris, just after winter, Anna met her husband Claremont's friend Sarro. Anna is always worried about Saro as a friend and thinks he doesn't look like a kind person. Clemon was so grumpy that he soon broke with his boss's father and resigned from his factory. Anna was always sad because of the family's poor financial situation, and in order to make his wife happy, Clemon decided to take her to the nightclub to have fun.
