Lemebel (2019)
As a visual artist and pioneer of the queer movement in Latin America, Pedro Lemebel shook Chile's conservative society during the Pinochet dictatorship in the 1980s. "body", "Blood" and "Fire" are the protagonists in his works, and he tries to keep these protagonists in a movie he can never finish in the last eight years of his life. Through his adventures on homosexuality and human rights, Le Mabel depicts an intimate and poetic journey and the pinnacle of longing for immortality.
