This film is a sequel to "Leningrad Cowboy Collection". The Leningrad Cowboy Orchestra received an invitation from Americans to perform in New York. Without visas, they successfully came to the United States through Mexican customs. This is their former captain Milu showed up. He claims to have been saved by God in the desert and has become a saint like Moses. He promised them to take them back to their hometown after touring. Because a sacred cow was born in their hometown, in order to celebrate, Milu decided to steal the nose of the Statue of Liberty as a gift for the sacred bull. After success, they came to France, Germany and the Czech Republic with their noses. Along the way, they fought bravely and dangerously with CIA spies, and the spies became one of them for a long time and because they were influenced by Milu's Bible. This not-so-brilliant band sang all the way for this sacred dream and finally returned to their hometown in Siberia.
