Martin (Mel Gibson Mel Gibson) and Rogge (Danny Glover) are the old couple again, but the gangster's bomb detonates the entire building at the beginning, and Rogge's life begins a week before his retirement. The next day, the two came across a bandit impersonating a paramedics in the street and caught each other, but the police handed over the case to Laura (Rene Russo), a beautiful female agent of the Ministry of the Interior. The prisoner in custody was shot by the police Chavez, Martin chased each other but finally missed. Rogge shot and killed his son's best friend in a street shootout and left the investigation temporarily with guilt. The combination of Martin and Laura gradually intervened in the deal of an arms trafficking syndicate behind the scenes of the case, which is powerful and closely related to the recent bulk gun theft, and the emergence of Martin disrupted each other's steps. Soon Rogge returned to the team, and the trio launched a final attack on the criminal syndicate. This film won the best action scene award at the 1993 MTV Film Award.
