The story begins when the US capital is in chaos when a group of international terrorist organizations assassinate the US senator who runs the Middle East defense fund. One senator after another was killed by a series of mysterious explosions. Danny Williams, a bomb expert at FBI (Pierce Brosnan), is a famous bomb disposal expert who has been given this dangerous task by his superiors, who will save himself from danger and become a hero or make the bomb even more.
