Love & Basketball (2000)

Quincy Mike and Monica White have been rivals since childhood. They are both very talented athletes. Both of them love basketball deeply, and they also love each other deeply. When they strive to realize their dream of entering professional basketball, they need to overcome different difficulties. The story begins with Monica and Quincy's boyhood. Monica moved to next door to Quincy's house. Quincy was soon attracted by Monica's superb ball skills, and the two became friends. Later, the two were promoted to high school and college, and the ball became better and better. The relationship between the two is also growing with each passing day. But one day, Quincy suddenly announced that he was dropping out of school to play professional basketball, and Monica began to think about how she should choose between basketball and love.
