Takashi Takahashi (voiced by Takahashi Shin) is a very ordinary high school student. With a dull character, he has never had any affinity with girls and has been living a lonely life. By chance, Gengtai got a magic guide book, through which Gengtai summoned a witch named Lu Lu Meng (voiced by Sanmori bell). Lu Lu Meng is a witch who can realize other people's wishes, but the other party must give her life in exchange. However, because she violates the rules of the demon world, Lu Lu Meng is expelled from the devil, not only the contract is invalid, but also homeless. The kind-hearted Gengtai took in Lu Lu Meng, so the two began a noisy life of cohabitation, along with Lu Lu Meng's black cat Mou Qiluo (voiced by Fuyuan Meili). Every noisy day begins.
