The story takes place in a scenic English town where Max (Miranda Richardson Miranda Richardson) was born and raised, and this is her only hometown. Mapu is an ambitious woman, when she meets the seemingly noble and elegant mysterious Lucia (Anna Chansler Anna Chancellor), she decides to rent her villa to the latter, because Mapu feels that Lucia can bring her the fame and wealth she has always dreamed of. However, Mapu soon discovered that Lucia was not as decent as she seemed. She has just lost her husband and is as calculating and selfish as Marp. Soon, the conflict broke out between the two women. From the beginning of full acceptance to the current efforts to drive Lucia out of the town, who can finally win and become the only queen in the town?
