Medea is adapted from the tragedy of Euripides in ancient Greece. Medea is the daughter of Aetes, king of Kolkas, and priest of the goddess of hell, guarding the sacred Golden Fleece. However, she fell in love with the Greek hero Iason, who came to steal the Golden Fleece, did not hesitate to abandon her country to kill her brother, and followed him to Greece. The two settled in Corintos and had two sons. More than ten years later, out of self-interest, Yi Song decided to marry the daughter of King Korentos as his wife. In grief, Medea began to retaliate. She used witchcraft to kill the king and daughter, cut her two sons and left in a dragon cart.
