In 2005, a ferocious iron blood documentary Metal: A Headbanger's Journey set off a global frenzy of heavy music, winning thousands of metal buddies everywhere. With the metal horn permanently engraved on the film with a sharp blade of light, the film has swept a number of large and small film festivals in Europe and the United States. From London to Oslo, from Rotterdam to Washington, countless cinemas have fallen because of the release of the film. When the film was unveiled at the Toronto Film Festival, long-awaited fans confused the screening hall with the performance scene, and the boiling scene was close to the edge of chaos. One of the film's directors, Sam Dunn, a Canadian anthropologist and filmmaker who has been obsessed with metal music for more than 30 years, and his partner, Scot McFadyen,Jessica 喜悦 Wise, took two years to turn the film from an idea into a reality. Sam's dual identity makes the film more than just a celebration of metal music. At the same time, to a large extent, the documentary is based on the sociological level.
