Mel Gibson's son Milo Gibson made his debut in Hacksaw Ridge and rejoined the new World War II film Hurricane as pilot Johnny Kent. Kent, a Canadian Air Force captain, led a Hawk Hurricane fighter squadron numbered 303 in the Battle of Britain during the Battle of Britain during the second World War. Kent shot down 13 enemy planes and served in the Royal Air Force during 1935-1956. Considered to be the best young RAF squadron captain. David Blair ("Bert and Dicky" and "the perfect Plan") will direct the film, while Stephanie Martini and Game of Thrones star Ivan Ryan are expected to be producers and are scheduled to start filming in the UK in September.
