Monkey Kingdom (2015)
This film is a nature documentary about how newborn monkey Kip and his mother Maya survive in a highly competitive social class. Maya is a Lanka macaque whose life has been changed by the birth of her son Kip. Maya wants her son to be in the higher social class of the group. When their home is occupied by monkeys from neighboring tribes, their group needs to find a new home. Maya used her inborn wisdom to lead the group to a new stronghold, and then brought the whole group together to reclaim their original homeland.
