A meritorious agent, codenamed MR9, was jointly dispatched by CIA and Bangladeshi intelligence to Las Vegas on a secret mission. The purpose of his visit is to spy on Roman Ross and his brother Ricky Ross to expose their international arms smuggling activities. Roman Ross is chairman of Randr Robotics, which claims to be able to use technology to eliminate all disabilities, but is actually a cover for weapons smuggling. A female agent named Debbie was sent to work with MR9, who tried to use his undercover identity to expose the conspiracy of the robot company. During various dangerous tasks, MR9 and Debbie try their best to protect each other. They soon targeted a partner of Roman Ross, a key figure named Chaudhry, who was linked to a criminal organization. In order to continue the investigation, they went to Bangladesh and operated jointly with other agents. In order to stop the terrorist attack, MR9 was injured in the fight with the gangster, and Debbie died to save him. MR9 crushed Roman Ross and his gang. After completing the mission, MR9 returned to his espionage organization to continue to work, waiting for the next mission to arrive.
