Thomas is weak and sickly and lives on human blood. His two brothers, Dwight and Jesse, had an argument while taking care of him: Dwight had been struggling with the reality and price of the corpses behind them to keep his brother alive. Later, he met Pam, a local sex worker, and paid to chat with her, eager to get rid of the nightmare and get a new life. However, when Dwight begins to alienate his family, Jesse will do whatever it takes to let him go home.
