National Theatre Live: Skylight (2014)
Once the fire of love is extinguished, can it be reignited? Can love conquer everything, even contradictory ideas and tit-for-tat views? The story takes place in London on a cold and windy evening. An unexpected visitor knocked on the door of Kyra Hollis, a middle school teacher. It turned out to be Kyra's old lover Tom Sergeant, a successful and charismatic restaurant tycoon. And his wife passed away not long ago. Late at night, a pair of old lovers tried to rekindle their old love, only to find that they were in an opposing world: although they had the same desire for each other, they insisted on a completely different point of view and were unwilling to compromise.
