National Treasure: Book of Secrets (2007)
Adventurer Ben Gates (Nicholas Cage) is a secondary challenge to a more difficult treasure hunt. The death of Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States, has always been a cold case in American history. According to the investigation, the murderer John Vox Booth was actually instigated to commit a shocking murder. Gates attended a public speech in which a man named Mitch Wilkinson (Eddard Harris) claimed that Gates' grandfather was inextricably linked to Lincoln's death. So Gates began to investigate John Booth's clues and found a book called the National Secret sect, which was the key to answering all the questions. But only the President of the United States knows where it is, and Gates is desperate to kidnap the president in order to find out the truth.
