In 1899, the streets of New York were filled with the cries of newsboys, who were squeezed for lack of unified leadership. Until that day, the lives of newsboys finally changed. Jack Kelly is a clever and optimistic guy who has great prestige among a group of tabloid boys. Jack envies his good friend David and his family for their happy life. He is determined to change his life through his own efforts. Hester and Pulitzer are two giants in the newspaper industry, but Pulitzer Newspapers has not been doing well recently. in order to reverse the situation of losses, Pulitzer decided to increase its income by raising the price for newsboys to buy newspapers.
