In a strange country that is being hunted all the time, Kathy (Scott Adkins Scott Adkins) comes to New York with a legendary mysterious weapon under the trust of her master. The master was finally killed, in order to avenge the teacher, but also to understand the truth of the treasure, Kathy began to find out who was behind it through only a little clue. When he saw the sun little by little, and learned that the culprit turned out to be an international underground assassination organization, and that the effective killer of the assassination organization was his fellow brother, Kathy was dismayed that he did not want to face what was in front of him. He firmly believes that his brother is being used, and there must be a bigger conspiracy behind this organization.
