The story takes place in the warring States period, when Zhu Mingsi, a boy from an ordinary family, was once a ninja. Under the persuasion of his father, he left his hometown to study in the first-class ninja school at that time. At school, he met the new soldiers of the same age, Wei and Wumaru. Xinbingwei is a fat little man from a wealthy businessman's family, who is confused and particularly interested in eating, while Wuwan is an orphan from a poor background, shrewd, greedy and stingy. These three little guys with very different personalities become good friends, and what they have most in common is that they are often punished for failing the exam. Of course, the seniors, headed by headmaster Hiraji Okawa, are also eccentric and distinct hilarious characters. They put on a series of funny, interesting and wonderful shows with their classmates and teachers around them. This film is based on the cartoonist Niko Bing's original work "Luodi Ninja chaos Taro". When it is adapted into animation, the word "falling" is removed because of the taboos of NHK television.
