Now and Then (1995)

Chris (Rita Wilson), Robert (Rosie O'Donnell RosieO'Donnell), Tina (Melanie Griffith MelanieGriffith) and Samantha (Demi Moore DemiMoore) are four close friends who were born and raised in the same town. After growing up, they went their separate ways and embarked on their own different paths of life. In a twinkling of an eye, many years have passed, and time has already honed the four girls into completely different people, and the four agreed to return to their former small town. Chris, the only girl of the four who chose to stay in town, is now a standard housewife preparing for the birth of her child. Robert, who was always a maverick and recalcitrant, became a doctor. And Tina finally realized her dream of becoming a high-profile actress. Samantha became a promising writer.
