The final chapter of the Invisible Guardian trilogy is in Pamplona, the capital of Navarra, where Amiya Salazar was ordered to investigate the death of a stillborn girl and the arrest of the father. According to the family's grandmother, the father tried to escape with the child's body and said some strange things about the sacrifice. There are some red marks on the baby's face, indicating that she was murdered. Grandma also talked about a magical creature: a nightmarish evil creature that made people unable to move or wake up from sleep. It is called "Inguma" and takes people's lives while they are asleep. Amaya and her team investigated the case and found some procedural violations in similar cases in the nearby Bastan Valley many years ago, and an unusually large number of cases in such a small place. At the same time, some people were involved in the death of the killer Bella Satterji in his cell after being transferred by Judge Marjina to another prison because of a drug-induced coma.
