Frank (Bill Murray Bill Murray) is an ordinary zoo keeper. One day, he eats an apple eaten by a monkey, and a virus named Rex (voiced by Lawrence Fishburne Laurence Fishburne) arrives inside Frank. Also here, there is a white blood cell named Oz (voiced by Chris Locke Chris Rock), which is a maverick white blood cell, which is not satisfied with mediocre daily life, but wants to live a wonderful life and new ideas. Oz's nemesis is a cold pill named Drax (David Hyde Pierce David Hyde Pierce), which exists to restrain the unruly Oz, and the relationship between the two is very tense.
