Parched (2015)

Lani, la buckwheat and Brigitte are three good sisters in the countryside of Rajasthan. Lani was in her early thirties but was a widow for many years. She was heavily in debt for her son Gulab's marriage, while Gulab was a black sheep who only knew how to do things every day; she had been unable to have children since her marriage, and her alcoholic husband often punched her. Bigeli was the Sakuran of the wandering dance troupe and also ran the meat business, and her boss used her body as a cash cow, but now she was snubbed. On the night of the Ten Sheng Festival, the three tortured people finally made up their mind and embarked on the road to find the promised land together.
