When delivering fast food one day, A Yin (Zhou Xingchi), a worker at a fast food restaurant, met Ali (Zhong Liti), who was studying Japanese karate in a martial arts training hall, and fell in love at first sight. After being humiliated by Lin Guobin, a martial arts coach who also liked Artie, A Yin, who felt too weak, decided to worship Uncle Da (Wu Mengda), who called himself a "devil muscle man." at first, Da Shu only wanted to defraud A Yin of money. finally moved by his kindness and persistence, he began to teach him ancient Chinese boxing.
