Xiaozhi (voiced by Matsumoto Lihua), with Pikachu (voiced by Yujiang Otani), and his companions continue their adventurous journey. On the way, a party met Mai Yali (voiced by Xiangzi Nakagawa), a young girl with Pok é mon Huba (voiced by Lihui Nakagiya). Huba can create a magical circle of time and space, leading people to travel back and forth in different places. The city of Deserusitan, which is located in the hinterland of the desert, has arrived. Once, there was a great Pok é mon war here, and it was because of this war that it became a dry desert with little water. Here, Mei Yali joins her brother Balza (also voiced by long Fujiwara), and to everyone's surprise, Balza gets a bottle sealed with a terrible and magical hand. In the accident, the seal was broken, and the terrible monster that had ended Deserusitan came to light, and its true identity turned out to be Chaohuba (voiced by Yamashiro).
