In Poland occupied by Germany, the younger generation has grown up. Stach is one of them. At first, he and his friends only spontaneously engaged in dangerous resistance activities, which were generally unorganized and aimless. Later, under the leadership of a kind Communist Party cadre, he came into contact with underground organizations. When he saw the brave and beautiful young leader Dorota, he joined in and fell in love with Dorota. Stach then plunged into a dangerous campaign against oppression and humiliation until he became mature when he was responsible for other people's lives. Unfortunately, Dorota was arrested and Stach was devastated. At the same time, the underground resistance has recruited new members, and a new generation is growing.
