Princes and Princesses (2000)

The night is low, everything is quiet, six stories of time travel, the ancient and magnificent theater, lead us into the wonderful dream. This is a unique silhouette animation, in which three creative characters-- the old man, the boy and the girl-- gather in an ancient theater and use their rich imagination and a magical clothing-making machine to design costumes and write plots. while creating roles and self-interpretation, a unique fable of "Prince and Princess" was born. They created six stories, namely, the Diamond Princess, the Fig Boy, the Witch Castle, the Old Lady's coat, the Queen of Cruelty and the trainer of the French Heron, and the Prince and Princess. The story is set in different time and space, from the Middle Ages to 3000 AD, from ancient Egypt to ancient Japan, which continues the ancient fable and subverts the tradition at the same time. This animation is the best animated film at the Chicago International Children's Film Festival.
