In the early 1920s, John Reid, a famous American journalist who went to communism, did everything possible to experience life in Soviet Russia after the October Revolution, pursued an ideal political country, and wrote the sensational reporting literature "Ten days that shook the World." In the end, however, he was completely disappointed with communism and returned to the free world. Film Abstract: scene one: Reid and Louise Bryant meet in Portland. Act two: intellectual life in Greenwich Village in the 1910's. Reid and Louise are attracted to thinkers such as Eugene O'Neill and Emma Goldman. Act III: Reid and Louise accept the influence of the Russian Revolution. Act 4: Reid tries to build a Communist Party in the United States. Act 5: Reid comes to Russia to receive Bolshevik help to promote socialism. Reid died in 1920 at the age of 32. The five parts are full of messy quarrels, in other words, it's hard to get you interested enough in this history. In the first part, the audience must tolerate the inducement of flattery for a long time. After that, there is a strange love between Reid and Louise: when they stare at each other, accompanied by the best part of the revolution and eighty years of vulgarity.
