"A building has at least two lives-the one imagined by its maker and the life it lives afterwards-and they are never the same." Rem Koolhaas is known as the "founding partner". The OMA, which he co-founded, gave birth to a number of famous partners, such as Winy Maas and Jacob van Rijs of Zaha Hadid, Bjarke Ingels and MVRDV. At the age of 34, he wrote the Pact of Madness, criticizing the mythology of the city and making a manifesto for the utopia that he would build. When he designed the project, he focused on communicating with the media, scholars, officials, and other parties, trying to create a new spark and look for the social value of the project. After winning the "Construction Industry Award", he even expanded to Beijing Central Television, Taipei Art Center, and so on, covering the construction industry.
