In 2056, a deadly plague ravaged the world, killing thousands of people. At this time, a genetic company named Genek appeared in front of the world as a savior. They saved the sick by transplanting organs, and the expenses could be repaid slowly by installments. However, once organ transplants are cut off, they will be hunted by "organ recyclers". Genke has become a leader in business through this kind of business. However, there will be a time for the renewal of the vast empire, when Rodrigo (Paul Sorvino), the president of Genke, is diagnosed with advanced cancer and will soon die. Roddy's three greedy children, Luigi (Bill Moseley), Pavi (Nivek Ogre) and Ebel (Paris Hilton Paris Hilton), fight for the inheritance.
