The plot will go back to 2006, when the White House found that the president's classified documents had been hacked and called in a team of agents led by Leon, but suddenly lost power during the search and was attacked by zombies. On the other hand, when Claire, an TerraSave employee, was supporting refugees in a country, she obtained a painting that appeared to be infected with the virus from a teenager with aphasia and used it as an investigation. The next day, Claire went to the White House on the issue of building welfare facilities, ran into Lyon and showed him the teenager's paintings. Although Leon thought the zombie incident in the White House had something to do with the strange painting, Claire took the opposite view and left. The zombies that broke out in two distant countries will eventually develop into a state of affairs that will shake the country.
