Dorothy (Ferruza Bock Fairuza Balk) misses everything she has experienced in Oz, but she loses the ruby shoes that can help her get there. Uncle and aunt thought Dorothy had gone crazy and sent her to a mental hospital, where Dorothy met a strange girl. With the help of the girl, Dorothy managed to escape from the hospital and came to Oz again by accident. Dorothy, who didn't know where to go, asked her old friend the scarecrow for help, but fell into a carefully crafted trap by Stone King Norm. When she came to the Emerald City, Dorothy was shocked to find that it had become a ruin. at this juncture, she was attacked by the witch Glinda and her minions and was sent to the dungeon.
