In order to fulfill her grandmother's final request, the reluctant Carlin, accompanied by her boyfriend Jeff, drove to the old house to clean up the sale. On arrival, the two met the mysterious Pierce, who took care of the horses in the stables and somehow got involved in the house full of dark secrets, refusing to die without his occupant.
