The story is adapted from the real event of the Xiongshan volcano eruption on Miyake Island in Tokyo in August 2000. it tells the story of the evacuation of all the islanders in the face of the volcanic eruption. among them, a mongrel named "rock" stayed with his owner until the danger alert was lifted five years later. "rock" accompanied his owner all the time. After returning to the island, "rock" became a starlet on the island. In June 2007, the touching story of "rock" was reported by Fuji TV's morning program "Today's Wangwang Dog", which caused a great response at that time.
