During the Great Depression, everyone had to hold on to a dream to get through the darkest times, and the frustrated carmaker Charles Howard (Jeff Bridges Jeff Bridges) was no exception. He bought a small racehorse named "Sea Biscuit" and attracted a group of people with the same dream to enter the racetrack.
