Secret Sharer (2014)

Adapted from the classic Heart of Darkness by literary master Joseph Conrad, Conrad describes the young captain Conrad who made his first pilot to the mysterious South China Sea, but the recalcitrant Chinese crew suspected that he and the greedy boss wanted to sink the ship to defraud insurance money. When the crew ran ashore while moored in an unknown bay, Conrad found a naked oriental beauty by the side of the boat. Unexpectedly, he rescued her from the boat, only to find that she was accused of being a murderer. The film is directed by Peter Verdakowski, the Oscar winner for best foreign language film, and co-starred by Chinese and foreign stars: international actress Zhu Zhu, British student Jack Lasky and Taiwanese actor Xia Jingting.
