Tokyo Trading Company staff Yoshioka Hiroshi Yoshida (Fukuo Yoshida) stole the wallet by the female thief Meigong (Mihara leaves), which contains important documents to help Minister Seiji Morikawa (Jiuzhong Keiji) take care of. As a result, he was excluded from the company and faced the fate of being transferred to Osaka.
