In this story, Seto Inland Sea is not a place name, but the names of two boys in the second year of a boys' high school in Osaka. Seto Xiaoji (General Hui Suga Tian is acted the role of) is thin and tall, he used to be a member of the football department, but quit the club because of a bad relationship with his predecessors. The inner sea wants (Chi Song Zhuangliang is acted the role of) gentle, reticent, but not only know how to read the nerd. For some reason, the two "Home departments", which seemed to have no overlap at all, became friends. After school in the afternoon, they would meet and sit down by the river.
