Ken and his fiancee Faye celebrate the success of the proposal, spend the night together, the next day go to work and go out and bump into a man in a black coat, he is a serial killer, he goes into Faye's room to torture her and then kills Faye,Ken and comes back to find the tortured fiancee very sad. When the police slowly lose interest in finding the killer, Ken decides to give up his quiet life. He wants to catch the killer and make him pay the price.
