Shamans of the Blind Country (1981)
Shaman for the Blind is a mythological epic documentary about religious therapy in a remote area of northwestern Nepal. In order to record the basic characteristics of local religious customs, the film has been filmed for more than 18 months. In terms of religious spirit, this feature can be found in Siberia and the vast Himalayan region of North Asia, which is in line with the various forms of typical shamanistic tradition in the Greater Nei region.
