In 1887, Qiang (Jackie Chan), a sheriff in a western town, suddenly received a letter from home. He was surprised to hear that his father who was looking after the seal had been killed, the seal was missing, and his sister Ling (Fan Wenfang) tracked the prisoner all the way to England. So Qiang hurried to New York to find his old friend Roy (Owen Wilson). Qiang wanted to help him with the royal gold he got last time, but the flirtatious and boastful Roy had gambled away the gold a long time ago. now he has become a waiter who sells himself occasionally. Although Qiang had no choice, he took Roy to England with him. Ling, who arrived in Britain earlier, followed his enemy Lesbon for many days, in which there was a major plot involving the Qing Dynasty and Britain. Wu Chao (Zhen Zidan), the brother of the emperor who was born out of wedlock, joined hands with Lesbon to seize the throne and planned to launch a mutiny. Hurried to Qiang, for revenge and family honor, decided to stop Wu Chao at all costs.
