The helpless young White Bird Ryuhiko (Ayano) clashes with several thugs in Shinjuku where fish and dragons are mixed. At the critical moment, he was rescued by a man named Zhenhu (Yosuke Ishiya) and accepted his invitation to become a talent scout. However, his so-called "talent scout" is actually a searcher who stands on the street and accosts slightly attractive women to lure them into the materialistic dust industry. Zhenhu belongs to the Burst searcher company, which is backed by a gang organization tattooed ball. But Burst is increasingly unable to satisfy the gang's voracious appetite and is in danger of being kicked out at any time.
