In a corner of the city, there is a White Bear Cafe. The owner who runs him is naturally White Bear (voiced by Xiaohong Sakurai). Guests range from people to animals. The frequent customers are panda (voiced by Fukuyama run) and penguin (voiced by Hiroshi Shengu). They often sit at the bar, drinking coffee and talking about new things. Panda works part-time in the zoo. His hobby is to roll around and eat bamboo leaves. He hopes to be lazy all day long, afraid of being vacuumed by his mother. Mr. Penguin has a crush on Miss Penguin, who is secretly in love with the bakery. In order to take her for a ride and learn her driver's license one day, Mr. Penguin is brewing a confession, but she doesn't know what happens after the confession. When the white bear inserts cold jokes from time to time, there are so many stories that it is difficult to tell the true from the false.
