The story takes place in Germany in 1944, where Elizabeth (Linda Hamilton Linda Hamilton) and her son Forrest (Matthew Harbour) hide in a forest cabin to avoid the damage caused by the war. One day, three wounded American soldiers knocked on the door of Elizabeth's house. They needed a place to recuperate and heal. In desperation, Elizabeth had to let them in, but only if their weapons were left outside. Before long, three more uninvited guests came, they were German soldiers, in the small wooden cabin, the two opposing sides met each other, struggling to maintain the surface of peace. Christmas is coming, people sit around the table to celebrate this God-given holiday, between the cup chips intertwined, everyone relaxed, temporarily forgot their nationality and position, the atmosphere began to ease.
