Sky Blue (2003)

The earth is on the verge of collapse under the double blow of pollution and environmental disasters. in order to survive, people have created an isolated city called ECOBAN (the name is combined by ecology and ban, meaning "destroy ecology"), and this city depends entirely on the pollutants of the earth to survive. However, only a small number of selected people can enter this isolated city, these people become the privileged class of the city, and more others are helplessly abandoned and buried in the endless wilderness. The source of ECOBAN's energy is pollutants. People living in ECOBAN have no shortage of food and clothing, while refugees living in another place called MARR do not have enough to eat. Nevertheless, the people of ECOBAN still want to eliminate the residents of MARR to get more pollutants. After a while, it was suddenly reported that the pollution of the land was declining, so many people began to hope that the whole land could come back to life.
