After being crushed by intriguing factions, Taishan Muto (Kenichi Endo), the representative of the Civil Affairs Party, was finally elected as Japan's 100th cabinet prime minister. Muto headstrong, tough style, in sharp contrast, his son Xiang (General Suga Tian is acted the role of) is a complete fool. One day, father and son in different places suddenly suffered an unimaginable feeling, and then their souls were exchanged. In order to ensure the normal operation of the government, Xiang was dragged to the position of prime minister by his father and his aide Maohei Bei Yuan (played by Takahashi). He was trembling, had no dignity, and made a lot of jokes among politicians and people all over the country. But this alternative prime minister seems to lead the story in a more interesting direction. This film is based on Ikei's original work of the same name.
