In 2599, the migration plan to Mars, which had been brewing for 500 years, was finally about to take an important step. Before that, scientists improved the living environment of Mars by releasing algae and cockroaches to Mars. Now, in order to avoid the punishment of the death penalty, Koji Komachi (Hideaki Ito) and Akita Naisu (Takei Takei) have to agree to the request of Dr. Bendo (Komori). And Muto Jen (Shigehisa Yamashita), Hiroshimi Ichiro (Takeshi Yamada), Akihika Mori (Akiko Kudi), Keisuke Tajima (Masayo Kato) and other people with different identities and backgrounds step into the spaceship going to Mars. When they arrived at their destination, they were surprised to find that cockroaches had evolved into extremely strong and tall creatures and quickly attacked them. In the course of the battle, they learned the real purpose of this trip to Mars, so they tried their best to fight the flood of cockroach people in order to return to Earth.
